Conference Recap

On Wednesday, October 15th, individuals from all over the state gathered at Martin University for the 2025 Marion County Conference on Reentry, building on the momentum of last year’s phenomenal turnout. Attendees gathered for a full day of engaging sessions that addressed critical topics such as housing and sustainable reintegration, health and wellness, education and training, and policy innovation.
The conference featured a powerful keynote from Damon A. Williams, Co-Founder of Respair Production & Media—a Chicago-based movement journalism and media hub dedicated to reshaping culture toward liberation. His message set the tone for a day filled with collaboration, learning, and renewed commitment to supporting successful reentry.
