Handbook of Help
The Handbook of Help (HoH) is a vital resource for individuals experiencing crises in Central Indiana, offering comprehensive guidance on available services, resources, and programs. It includes essential information such as contact numbers, locations, and services provided across various categories like housing assistance, food insecurity, legal aid, and youth and family resources.
PACE provides financial, income supports, employment and mental health and recovery services to individuals and families impacted by a felony conviction.

Hours: Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 4 PM for any clients in need of food or access to computers.

Horizon House is a full-service agency that connects individuals experiencing homelessness with the services they need. Horizon House also serves as Central Indiana’s leader for supporting homeless neighbors to achieve long term self-sufficiency.

Address: 1033 East Washington Street
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, & Friday: 7 AM – 3 PM, and Wednesday: 7 AM – 12 PM. Enrollment sessions for new neighbors are held multiple times each day on a first come, first serve basis.
